mod manager and fose

I have the stutter remover for FO3. But when I launch the game through fose_loader.exe, how will that effect my load ordrer, compared to if I launched the game through mod manager?

As in will my mod manager load ordrer be remembered, when I launch fo3 through fose_loader.exe?

Fallout Stutter Remover is a FOSE plugin and needs to be installed in Fallout3\Data\FOSE\Plugins. When the game is launched with fose_loader.exe, FSR will be activated.

 

When the game is launched through a mod manager, it should be launched with the built in fose launcher.
