ub3rman123 Posted February 11, 2011 Share Posted February 11, 2011 I've seen a lot of good Google Chrome themes, but there's always one small thing about them I don't like: The Text on other tab headings is too dark, the header is too bright, the buttons don't have enough contrast, etc. Is there a program or setting that makes it easy to change such things?
