Missing master check mod load order error message

I just tried to install the NVEC FCO patch and came up with this error. I have installed FCO, Roberts Male Body MAIN FILE, and the New Vegas Character Expansion like the description told me. I also made sure FCO.esp, FCO Melissa Fix.esp, OnHolyServiceBound.esp, NPCs.esp, FCO Roberts Patch.esp, and FCO Glowing Ghouls.esp are all deleted from my mod list. I still cant figure out what i'm doing wrong so if someone wants to help me or at least correct me on whatever stupid mistake I made I would love that so much.

Run your load order through FNVEdit. It will tell you what master you are missing. Don't know why you would delete FCO.esp, however.
