I do know what works for me and has worked for others that have posted load order issues.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metadata im not any good at computer programing stuff but i still found it quite interesting. also as always when you experience an odd issue with LOOT, just like when they worked on BOSS, just tell the dev team about it.
