Switch
Sounds like some sort of issue with your keyboard/mouse to me. Does this happen when you're doing other things, or just in Oblivion? If it's just in Oblivion, it's probably some sort of odd compatibility issue, though I wouldn't know how to fix that personally. :X

How much onboard memory (VRAM) does it have..? (3) Make and model of your audio card..? Is it built-in on the motherboard, or a separate PCI card..? (4) How much system memory (RAM) do you have..? (5) Make and model of your CPU and motherboard..? (6) Do you have a joystick or gamepad connected to your computer..? (7) Make and model of your mouse..? Is it a normal mouse, or a wireless type..? If you could provide specific answers to my other questions, that would be helpful. 8) The DX Diag log isn't necessary, as I doubt it has anything to do with this problem. Abramul
I would suggest borrowing a normal keyboard and mouse from someone, and seeing if the problem goes away.
