I believe its Fallout Wanders Edition Overhaul but im not sure. I had this on my old pc a few years ago without any problems, but have had the same issue when trying to get my my new load set up right. In the update 2.0 a few new things were added but if you download v1.0 (and the v1.2 + v1.3 updates) it fixes the problem. I'm guessing the issue comes from the update for the vanilla HUD as the HTS stats from darnUI still show and you get a duplicated grenage icon in the AP bar. You'll know it's worked because the starting 10mm pistol will be a Mauser M1930 as originally they were all based on ww2 / vietnam weapons according to the readme (in the images on nexus it says it was replaced with a Mauser C68 so there may be a few differences) If you want to use 2.0 the textures are in textures/interface/HUD (I think) they're called water food and sleep, you could always replace them with blank alpha files as I couldn't figure out where they were added, but you'll still get the others flash up on screen when you take stimpaks etc. I know I'm a couple of years too late for a response but I hope this helps anyone having the same issue.
