Korywulf
Like the title says, I lost the game in a move to another state. I'm using FOMM to launch the game. I've installed a few mods the past couple weeks and I'm not sure how I can check the data files. If you launch the game from the disk, the start up menu comes up with the data files option. Since I have to launch the game from FOMM I can't check any data files, the game just starts. Is there anyway to change the way FOMM starts the game so the start up menu comes up instead of just launching? WastelandAssassin
why would you need the Data Files??if it's for activating mods, this is what FOMM is forjust activate the mods in FOMM, and you are done

Frodric
So you are saying that you are unable to browse to the proper directory, select the launcher and double click same? It seems that you should be able to do so if FOMM can run the game.
evilneko
Going forward, you will definitely want to back up your Fallout 3 installation (to an external drive or even another computer), and keep the After Fallout C utility handy. It'd be an absolute necessity if something happens to your hard drive or you get a new computer since you don't have your disc. With this, you can copy your Fallout 3 directory to another computer and run After Fallout C to make it actually work.
