PLEASE HELP: Skyrim, modding newbie

Alright, so I really want to try out mods, but I'm having a little trouble with everthing and was wondering if I could get some help? I'm using this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/56894/? modding

 

modding beginners guide, to help me out. BUT I'm stuck on something.

 

In sectiong 6, step 9-11. It says

 

 

. Go to Mod Organizer/profiles/Default.
10. Open skyrimprefs.ini with Notepad or Notepad++ (preferred) and set the following values:

[Display]
iMaxAnisotropy=1
Set this to 1 AFTER you set MaxAnisotropy in enblocal.ini to this setting's original value.
iPresentInterval=0

11. Go to your Nvidia Control Panel or Catalyst Control Center and turn vsync and anisotropic filtering to "application controlled" for Skyrim.
Intel graphics users are already configured correctly by default.

 

The problem however is I'm in the MO, under the default proflie, and I cant find the skyrimpref.ini? Theres SKSE.ini, and my hearthfire, dragronborn and dawnguard stuff, but no skryrimpref.ini.

 

help please???? im playing Skyrim V; legendary additon by the way

OK SO I FIGURED STEPS 9 AND 10 OUT, BUT I can't figure out step 11. Where is this Nvidia or Catalyst thing? I can't find them.

What's your GPU ? AMD or Nvidia ?

For Nvidia : right click on desktop and you should find it? Same for AMD.

Or just use Nexus Mod Manager, works perfectly on Skyrim and solves all problems.
