Cowboy perk not affecting Medicine Stick?

As the title says, the Medicine Stick is straight-up not being affected by the Cowboy perk. I just tested this by removing it through the console and adding it again and its damage remains the same.

 

Considering that the perk is still affecting the Brush Gun, I'm assuming that the problem here is probably something having to do with a mod, for some reason, changing the Medicine Stick's information to not be a lever-action rifle. Is there some way through the GECK or FOMM that I can diagnose and edit this?

PerkCowboyWeapons is a form list. It has all the weapons that the perk's bonus is applied to. The med stick isn't in the list in vanilla.

Even in the vanilla GRA DLC? That doesn't make sense. Everywhere I've looked indicates that it should be affected by it.

 

Well in any event then, is there some way I could just manually edit the formlist to add the Medicine Stick to it? I apologize if this is a noob question; I'm not familiar with the GECK or FOMM.

Open up the geck load the corresponding ESMs (need bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1 in GECKcustom.ini) find the weapon list for the perk open it then expand the weapons list in object window and drag and drop the weapon(s) you want to add into the list. Save and activate!

Agh sorry for making you type that out. I figured out what to do and got it added to the formlist and working. Still thanks to both of you for your help!
