Osmanli Posted February 20, 2011 Share Posted February 20, 2011 look at the nexxus site, type 3GB enabler, there is an large decription, in short : this programm will adress your falloutNV.exeto use more than 2GB if you have a 32-Bit OS. but when you say that turn off music, reduce resolution and tune down all video options did not helps. then your PC is unfortunately to slow for this game. or you try a clean new installation. sorry !!! It keeps FPS at 30 with no drop in quality, but performance increases really dramatically, at least it did for me. I have a good machine and was still getting CTD at the 4th hour of play mark. This doesn't remove all performance problems, but I was really shocked at how much better the game began to perform once I installed this.
