Issues With Arefu in TTW

The Tale of Two Wastelands site are not giving me any support because they automatically assume that I'm disrespectful. Apparently, there is a bug that I cannot solve. For those of you who have TTW, do you know of a solution?

 

I'm doing the FO3 quest Blood Ties. I'm returning to Arefu after talking with Vance; but for some reason, the game starts crashing on me every time I go anywhere near Arefu or any of it's nearby marked locations. Has this problem ever happened to anyone else?

 

I have mods, yes; and TTW doesn't want me to use any, for they feel that it discredits their hard work. Here is my load order. One asterisk is a FO3 mod converted into TTW, and two asterisks is an .esp that was turned into a master file.
