saurusmaximus
Your video card for sure (the best one you can afford, with at least 2GB VRAM), and a better cpu wouldn't hurt (Intel i5 or better). But especially the video card.
bben46
Your power supply is fine. As well as the mouse, wireless card, KB HD & SSD. The rest is a bit weak. Generally, an I5 processor and a minimum of 6GB ram is preferred for higher performance. I'm not sure of your MB can take an i5 or not. You don't give much info on the Graphics card, but if it is the 2 GB version, it should be OK. The performance is going to depend on your mods whether or not you can actually maintain that 60fps ( Skyrim can bring a supercomputer to its knees)FPS is vastly overated. Most stuttering is actually the game changing fps as you move around. sometimes locking the fps to a lower value actually improves the performance ( mine is locked at 46FPS) The console versions are locked at 30 fps and you don't hear much whining from the console players because the game runs smooth for them at that fps.TV & movies are both locked at less than 30fps Movies are actually 24 FPS - the Hobbit could be shown at 48, but only at a very few specially equipped theaters - and the critics said it actually looked worse at 48. More info on FPS if you are interested https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frame_rate
