The enemies have different codes and are different, so it depends on how the combat system was rebalanced. Same thing with the weapons, you would need a Fallout 3 mod that balanced the Fallout 3 weapons and a NV one for the NV weapons. I'll try and keep you all posted but this week is very busy for me, so unfortunately I won't have much time to play and get more screenshots for you.
