@ Hurr i would assume they would all have to be ported to accommodate for any new pathing/editing that has been done with the ESP.

So how would F3 mods work, such as environmental or weather mods and would NV mods which rebalance enemies like ghouls or weapon damage affect both areas?

 

The enemies have different codes and are different, so it depends on how the combat system was rebalanced. Same thing with the weapons, you would need a Fallout 3 mod that balanced the Fallout 3 weapons and a NV one for the NV weapons.

Some updates.

The mod is entitled "Manifest Destiny", appropriate, right?

Quite a few crashes have been fixed, the mod is much more stable now.

The mod should be out soon, but still no definite time.

 

I'll try and keep you all posted but this week is very busy for me, so unfortunately I won't have much time to play and get more screenshots for you.
