Tedaneos
Hello, i have a answer...Exist a mod which add some new hair to the game not only for character creation but for all Oblivion? The new hair can be used for character creation, but also used by the npcs of the game together with the standard hair. In this way we have a major variety in Oblivion. In fact some mods adds new hair but only for character creation. Thanks for the attention and sorry for my bad English.

If you have downloaded a mod that adds new hairstyles to the game -- you can use it to mod NPCs in the CS also. So yes. But if you don't want to do it yourself then ColourWheels has made a few mods that overhaul NPCs. Edited February 22, 2011 by evertaile

The best thing for you to do is download Ren's Beauty pack or the Corean pack and use the assets within them to modify the NPCs as you would like to see them. This way you decide what they look like, instead of accepting someone else's vision. It's not that hard to do either. Just open up one of those mods in the CS and in the objects window where all the actors are listed open and edit them 1 by 1. Just don't change their races or you may break a few quests and dialogues.

It includes voice assignment, base Facegen slider values, and race name and description. Most of cosmetic addon mods here are for English version, so if you open the plugin with Construction Set or other plugin tools(like TES4Edit), you can see the race name and descriptions are in English(if there's 'DV' in file name, it will be in German, and 'FR', likely it's in French). Since you have Italian version, you have to translate the plugin to Italian to solve 'missing voice' problem, I think.

But what thing must i modify? What parameters? Thanks.

I recommend to use TES4Edit, so you can compare edited records between plugins and edit them.
