Lanceor
I've noticed that this forum considers "border" to be a bad word and doesn't allow it to be searched. Investigating further, I got the same problem when searching the Bethesda forums, Invision Support forums and a few random IP Board Forums that I found on the web. It looks like Invision are blocking this word, possibly because it's HTML related. Even if it's a default setting that can easily be changed, I think a quick email to Invision might be a good idea, since this would be a common search term for gaming, photoshopping and web dev websites. Anyway, I'll fall back on Google to search for solutions to my region border problems. ;)

Lanceor
It's actually a problem setting borders in a custom worldspace that seemed to be caused by nested regions. All fixed now but thanks for offering to help. :)
