Zues_Shot
I have been editing the Fallout 3 sniper rifle.... Once I put the model in the right places relative to the texture, I pushed alt-z..... but all of the textures have seemed to appear on the opposite side of the faces, making the gun see through to the opposite side & vise versa.... It has even done it to the parts I haven't edited. Is there a simple way of fixing this or would i have to go to the UV editor and 'flip' the UV's???? Also would it just be easier to make it a solid color? Edited February 23, 2011 by Zues_Shot
ub3rman123
Umm.. Select all of it, go into edit mode, and select all verts. Press ctrl-n to recalculate normals outside.
Zues_Shot
SWEET!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks a lot!!!! One step closer to completion!!!!! There where a very few sides that weren't fixed but I think I can find a way to make it right. Thanks again!!!
ub3rman123
On the ones that aren't fixed by it, select those faces and do ctrl-shift-n (Recalculate normal inside). See if that fixes them. Or use ctrl-n again on them.
