I'm certain similar questions were answered a lot already.

The ears come from here. I'm certain that it's clear of any illegal content.

There's a race using them on this site - lop-ears elf, however this race has childish head-to-body ratio, so ears on the screenshot are a separate resource found on the same site. Ears you need are a Lop Ears set NOT labeled with x117.

 

Also, the dress you seek is called Velvet Red Rose. As many people pointed out already - "good luck finding it".

In this image, the female character has a generic armor. I saw it up here on TES Nexus at one point, but I can't find it. I thought it was an SPB mod, but his stuff is gone if it even shows the slightest skin on the breast :(

I'm posting this without having looked over any prior replies, as this thread is well over 600 pages long. a lot of chatter condensed, I am looking for the race used in the following photo.

Actually no, the first picture linked definitely isn't she has lop ears for starters and the texture looks different (although she's using a hairstyle from the moonshadow mod) the second picture looks like a corean to me.
