Either you can't count to 3 or Hentai Mania 2 has the exact same outfit because I'm looking at Veleritte by TETE right now and it's this dress. Just to add to the melange of mashery I think the boots look like a retex of the boots and leggings from Bisca's IBSet. That mashup is a cute ensemble, for sure. It replaced certain in-game quest rewards that were just enchanted vanilla items with new models from various modders' resources. I don't think any of the content was the author's own. The one weapon I remember it affected was Sufferthorn, though I wanna say it changed seven or so. I guess that's sorta a no-duh that they're vanilla items.
