If I had to guess I'd say maybe a pose mod, which wouldn't give you a usable weapon in that position as it's just for screenshots. then what about the animation? and about the weapon placement i dont think its a pose , i saw a video somewere were they were running around with a sword sheated like that. It probobly was useless and you couldnt use it , but it looked cool :P Judging from the picture of Sasuke, I don't think there is a one handed sword animation like that, at least I haven't seen it yet. However, there is a dual wield style with the left handed holding sword like that from DMC Stylish.
