The hero of some comic books of Todd McFarlane. Well, I am a huge fan of that character, he have so much style and power that I can hardly believe it to exist (I may be exaggerating a little :P)... I know it exists because I did have it, but I cannot remember the name of the mod to retrive it. I have deadly reflex, sephs new animations and acrobatics.

I remember that it required OBSE 1.4 to use and there were 4 different versions, dependent on whether or not you had SI or the latest Oblivion patch. I know it was updated within the last 30 days. I've been up and down the updates list looking for it the past 2 days and it continues to elude me.
