This is sort of complex.

 

Are there any mods that remove any rumors of the Emperor's assassination, any reference, or basically make Cyrodiil as it was before the Oblivion Crisis occurred?

 

Two:

 

Are there any mods that make Cyrodiil look as "jungle-ish" as it is supposed to be in the lore? Are these mods compatible with Unique Landscapes?

I think the heels are from a Maid set that was posted elsewhere - seen images not got it myself.

I've seen it before and I've heard it talked about. It places Septim back in the Imperial Palace and erases all idle chatter about his assassination, I just can't seem to find it. I'll look a bit more and if I can find it, I'll post it.

Aha, it's the modular Main Quest Delayer, part of the M.O.E mod.
