Oblivion Mod Detectives

I'm looking for a mod I had installed some years ago. It was a small village where you assign the villagers jobs like hunters, farmers, fishermen, merchants etc. After time the village is suppose to grow. I would really love to find this mod again. Thanks for any help.

Does anyone know of any good assassin type armors with male and female meshes? I absolutely loved the assassin's creed armor but sadly could not find any good female meshes. Are there any other like that out there?

Hmm, I didn't think XEO made all NPC's female.

Good morning everyone! Today I'm looking for this dress, and possibly the race as well. Has anyone seen it?

Also, I'm still looking for the last mod I asked about, which turns all NPCs, male or female, into anime-styled females, pictured Here . Here is another picture, this time of Sheogorath and Haskill.
