Dracula420 Posted June 27, 2009 Share Posted June 27, 2009 most of the spells in vanilla oblivion will be reduced in cost as you level up in the various magic skillshowever for a more complete magical experience i recommend 2 major mods,Midas Magic(of course)and Supreme Magickasupreme magikca will change the cost of all spells and balance them a bit more.
