What is the mod that adds rings that show up as different colored flames on your hands? I've forgotten the name. Also, what is the name of the mod that adds the dialogue option "Friend..." to NPC's? I've seen it in many screenshots, and am rather curious as to what it does.

One of the biggest Tamriel NPC's Revamped (TNR) you can find an OMOD for it here but I would still look at the homepage and research if its to your liking first.
