There was this quest mod where you at the start get a message to visit a abandoned house in Cheydinhal (i think not sure). When u get there u meet a women in black robe named Alessa who tells you part of her life (only a little) Then later you go around with her to solve the mystery.

 

Does anybody know what is the name of this mod ?

I believe if you have your alchemy skill at 100 you can make potions out of single ingredients in vanilla Oblivion.
