It's most likely unavailable, unless Sulpyun gets permission to release it (judging by the fact that he HAS released Sims 2 conversions already). The original model is from either RoseSims or Peggy, I'm not really sure. If you're familiar with Sims 2, you'll see that some modders charge for their work. That hair is a pay hair, thus cannot be distributed around. Not everyone is happy with pay items though, so if you're lucky, you might came across some websites offering those mods for free. Unfortunately, I downloaded all at once so I don't know what comes from which download, but they're all from different games.
