Oblivion Mod Detectives

Been bashing my head against google trying to figure out what race this is, looks like Xenius' Night Elf ears but I want to know what head mesh this is or at least what races use it. I'm competent enough to mangle something together in CS.

I've been trying for the past night to find the the mod that includes this armor in it, without much success. Would any of you happen to recognize where I can download said mod?

Or is it a unreleased/private one? :(

The UI can be BTMod with custom skin and Natural Enviornment(it has some HUD replacer), but I cannot tell if it is really modified BTMod.

Actually, the description of the video lists all custom content used in it. Those dual swords are Nico's scimitars and as far as I know they can be found here on the Nexus.

I am sorry I didn't answer your PM about the armor earlier, I was really busy >.< That is a very old armor that as far as I know is no longer available since it was indeed ripped from another game.
