My bud has a mod that lets you enchant multiple times on one piece of armor (either that or he's creating his own armor). He says he can't remember where he got it from, but he was sure it was here... anyone seen it?

I can not believe I have been unable to find these two moderations! They are both so simple, and rather popular. I have used TESNexus, Google, and Planet Elder Scrolls searches will no luck. I am probably using the wrong search strings.

 

1 - Make gold septims (Money) have weight

 

2 - Customize the visual effects produced by enchanted weaponry. The specific mod I am thinking of has several visual options for each magical item with attack ability (Fire, frost, lightning). It has several options because it is a culmination of different versions of the mod. However, I would be pretty happy with any version of the mod.
