That MAY have been a retexture by Mavrosh which I do not think is on the nexus anymore (if it ever was...she made a lot of textures for her personal use.) It is not available anywhere else to my knowledge.

@Yojiru : I made a topic asking same question about month ago, called Hairstyles gives some good info. Also a mod called VipCxjs Hair Eye Extend System on nexus if you don't want to mess around in the CS (note thank you DesuChan for adding the info also! :) )
