I think you need obja.dll and fonts from Oblivion Japanese Patch, though I've never used it(besides I'm not Japanese), and it may have problem with latest version of OBSE or other components. I asked the video author what it was, but he couldn't remember: Quote all i know is that the esp is named " CT-YAMB.esp" or " CT-YAMB - No Idle.esp".
