I'm also interested in this armor but your reply doesn't help much sadly. It's not on tesnexus and google didn't turn up any results. Maybe you could tell us where you have seen it? Unfortunately, I'm not on my laptop so I can't give you any good link but if you want it wait till Monday. The site was a korean one called naver cafe or something. But to get an account on that one you need to write a coherent sentence in korean. Good luck with that.

Try this site http://www12.atwiki.jp/ssmod/pages/28.html. It has some anime style clothing similar to what you linked. Dunno about Fate's stuff, but both 1 and 2 are from the TONA mod store here on the Nexus.Thank you, kind sirs! And yes, I had pretty much leeched anything from the atwiki site.
