It's shows the damage you do in numbers above your enemies heads and I know it exists, because I've seen it in screenshots. Looks like this request might have gotten overlooked, hopefully I'm not too late. I don't know of a mod that does this exactly but this Scouter mod displays the remaining health of a target. This is usually one of the first mods I install whenever I revert to/reinstall vanilla Oblivion. There is also this updated version with loads more options called STM Scouter. I haven't tried it yet but if its works as good as the old mod I'll probably switch. Also there is this mod called Scathe that has numbers pertaining to the amount of damage you do floating "out" of your opponents. Thanks. It's Ashe(FF12)'s costume, can be ripped, though I'm not sure. The thread does not have download link currently, suggests it was shared during limited times.
