Instead of pining for things you can't have, why not learn how to edit face textures yourself? It's probably one of the easier things to learn and all you need is something like Photoshop, Gimp or PaintNET with the appropriate .dds plugin. In that case all you'd need to know about the textures you admire is which one they are based off of (if they were not created from scratch).

Meh perhaps you are right.

But all I did with Oblivion face textures was adding tattoes, and changing the skin tone.

I dont come even close to the knowledge I would need to mix 2 faces together...

 

Do you know about some tutorials that focuse on this? I have Gimp and Paint.net at hand...

Is there a mod that gives NPCs new, noncrappy spells? I Have Midas Spells, but you can't give them to NPCs, and NPCs here are still using cruddy 5 dmg flare spells... :wallbash:

I saw this mod a while ago, but now I cannot find it.

 

It is a mod that adds several new locations and a quest line, about pirates. You can join a pirate ship and I remember there being some kind of fight against undead on the ship. You could also own property and such.

[unnecessary flamebait edited. -myrmaad] In some cases when they don't release, it might also suck too much in-game or have major stability issues that they don't want to help people with, which is understandable, so I wouldn't worry about that texture.

I can tell you all right off the bat (again, it would seem, as people have clearly ignored my previous post) that JUNO's texture is a mashup of the Doll and Moonshadow Elf textures. The shiny white dots on the cheek are (supposed to be) unique to my Dolls, the lipstick/gloss is from the Moonshadow Elves, and the eye shadow/liner appears to also be from the Moonshadow Elves, albeit not so heavy. So one could very easily replicate the texture using Paint.Net, which is a free Photoshop-esque image editing program that can open and save DDS textures. Should take you no longer than ten minutes, and all you'd have to do is open both textures, put the MSE texture in a layer over the Doll texture and erase a few parts.

 

There. Now you don't need to ask for the texture.

I totally forgot about that. Anyway, I didn't mean anything bad by my earlier post or to say that it's our business somehow. I just felt like telling people one of the reasons why some people don't release or share.
