So I have installed about 6-7 mods and so far they have all worked right. But when I go to Vilverin (Just outside the sewers) the bandits have this weird yellow square around them with a silver ! inside it. The enemy is still there but he is surrounded by this weird graphical glitch. I also encountered a wolf but it was fine, so not sure what the problem is.

Here is a list of the mods I have installed:

Francesco's mod or whatever

Oblivion XP

Akatosh Mount

Supreme Magicka

OBSE

OBMM

Capes and Cloaks

Unofficial Oblivion Patch

Keychain

Any help appreciated!

Here are some screenies to help determine the problem:

One of your mods is installed incorrectly, and you have missing meshes. At a first guess, and it is a guess since you haven't posted a proper load list, I would suspect Capes and Cloaks. Uninstall it fully, read the instructions and reinstall.

I just bought a cape from the shop and it had no glitches, Bandits also seem to be the only NPC's with this weird glitch.

Then check yuur installation for all of your mods. I suggest you start with Francesco's.

The yellow polygon with the exclamation indicates a missing mesh. Think of a mesh as the coating over an object like a skin or paint job. Can be caused by an improperly installed mod - or a mod in the wrong load order. The missing mesh can be part of something the bandit is wearing, or something he is holding or something else.

OBSE and OBMM are not mods, but utility programs. If a mod requires OBSE, then OBSE must be started before you start the game - Use the OBSE launcher, OBMM launcher or Wrye Bash launcher - all of these start OBSE first. then it will automatically start the game for you.

OBMM is run before you start also, but it actually closes before the game starts. It's main screen shows the actual load order and allows you to make changes in it. After doing this it is no longer necessary to use the in game data list to check or uncheck mods as that is taken care of by OBMM. If you use the 'Launch oblivion' button in OBMM, then it will automatically start OBSE first IF OBSE is installed properly.

See this to find out How to post a Load order list.
