LE Quick edit to make an armor heavy

I really like the plate armor from Zzjays mod

I dont like that the gold one is heavy and the gray armor is light becuase I want to use heavy armor. Can somebody throw a patch my way that makes the gray plate outfit heavy armor?

Just download tes5edit and learn to make the change yourself. You'll definitely thank yourself in the long run.

I feel you bro, but all you need is experimenting, I dont know modding at first, I started using tes5edit and ck last week and now Im learning! hahahh all you need is patience and time :)

Open the mod in tes5edit

 

open the armor section

 

find your armor

 

find the part where it says light armor

 

replace it with heavy armor

 

Find the keyword that says light armor, replace it with heavy armor (you probably want to copy paste a keyword from another armor item for this)

sure, it's actually easier to do it in CK.

same steps, find the armor record, change the drop down that says light armor to say heavy armor, and replace the light armor keyword with the heavy armor keyword.
