As you can see this has been done before... and before that it was done to death, many times. But, well, since that other thread has well and truly died I'll let this one slide :P My favourite is probably the Fighters Guild. Just cos they were the first ones I joined and they've got excellent quests for newbie fighters (and most of my characters are warriors :P).
