Hence why your game crashes on startup when you enable them. Remove those 2 plugins from your data folder. Your DLC's and unofficial patches are also in the wrong order. Download LOOT from here: http://loot.github.io/ to help you sort out your load order. And how do you know your Better Vampires mod doesn't work?
