tnguye3 Posted March 2, 2011 Share Posted March 2, 2011 (edited) Request:The Dragon Mount Project Hi there! ^_^I have been thinking about Dragon mounts for a while now after I stumbled upon Saidens' Akatosh Mount.I found a couple of epic Dragons whilst googling for alternative dragon mounts which were created by if I recall correctly, Ancient Laws.Now I'm aware that those dragons are game rips (Well, at least Valakas is) and so it's illegal to distribute it (correct me if I'm wrong) so that's where the Dragon Project kicks in. ;) What I'm planning to do is to design, along with other forum members, dragons which would then be converted/processed and put into Cyrodil with the help of skilled modders out there!Basically we'll post ideas on what you want the dragon to look like and artists will then draw/design them - I can do sketches, but not really CG art. xD Then if a curious modder stumbles upon this and finds a dragon design he/she will like, we'll pursuade them to put the dream mount to life!We'll be creating tonnes of these dragon designs, and when/if they become mods, link them here so that we can share with the world! :) Best thing? Epic dragons, variety of choices - and no copyright infringement! ;)Well, I'll post a couple of sketches shortly (Weekend) and keep this updated. If you feel like creating a Dragon, give it a name, a title and upload some sketches/drawings/concept art, or just post a description! ^_^Have fun! A pic would help to show what you mean exactlyDor instance the asian dragons are known to look more snake huge eel like. I just looked Kushala Daora up its a dragon from Monster Hunter. If people are trying to help a witty remark doesn't help. Anyway maybe somebody will help only time will tell... Well, I'm hoping people will contribute by creating their dream dragon and posting it on here.Even if they don't have any artistic skills, they would still be able to post ideas and descriptions. ^_^I right now am drawing up concepts (sketches mainly lol, my coloring is horrible) for Khalagorr, the Shadow Wing. ;) Hopefully, skilled modders will see this and, who knows maybe will be inspired to model those mighty beasts to improve their modding skills. xD Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
