on the site where fose is found, there lay's a history well written about fallout3 as it grew, the data there tells a story, growing pains, and the pains taken to over come the odds placed before the dev's

you must understand things are not all as they may appear, I may give off an idea I am against things...you know?

But, and it's a big BUT !...I am not. what I am against is improper usage, misleading information that clearly is seen in programs when the programs them selves ,being digital in nature have no reason to lie...they can not, but people have an attitude about how data works, they get all personal ..

This girl see's this and it is no false impressions here, IF it were AI ? we'd all be in a world of hurt.

each program has it's versions...as that site shows...and they explain things in short methodology.

Ignorance has no bounds when these things are plain as day. take any mod made in 2009...what tools and version were available then?

  • Common sense dictates the version of mods built upon those tools are compatible with that version. "only"
  • as so dictated, later revisions state older version will not operate with newer status /versions.
  • That means mods built on those tools require updates. Follow so far?
  • As mods ., if any get updated to meet today's tools, those that are not updated will not work as intended because the data is no longer landing in the-zones produced by their predecessors .
  • um ,wmk was built on what version ? Fose ,was stated to use what version of xedit? 2.5 it was at that time.
  • what things were made wrong in each and every program to date that were updated and fixed?
  • there's a lot !, a whole lot of em .now...these old mods to day out of the blue suddenly are no longer working...
  • I think it requires a building to drop on most's heads before it sinks in.

your choice is clear, read, and then try like hell to comprehend whats going on.

not every one updates...those that do, have no direction.

Do you know why I can make a patch for any game blind folded ?

if it has an object in a location or an area in a worlds spaces, I can patch it with out playing the game...but i do require most of the time a saved game file.

all mods are "supposed top be made from the games base files" , but as they say are not.

3rd party tools are a happy bunch, so much so, I need not inquire any more.

I use what was sold to fix the problem..as long as the fix is loaded "LAST" in a load order, it will work. Some times it takes a great deal more of my time to find out an exact issue ,and that's all on me, my time to spend on some one I don't even know.

some fix's I have given away took me seconds to make because the post was explicit in nature and had something to go by.

here ,I had no idea UAC was involved...but because we went-as far as we have, not reason not to complete it, you get top training and a working game methods. You and I are not the only ones reading all of this. I got hit in the E-mails too asking questions.

Fo3 is not hard, it's a small game. The only wrench here is steam. The only nut's to break is version control.

the hard thing to understand is where the game needs to be installed at in order to modify it with out MS getting all upset.

ok so there are favorites FWE ,EVE, and so on....each has these problems and newbies have no clue what's in store for them.

people here loose their cool because they have seen way too much "repeats" over and over again about the same issue.

that's where I am cool, i will go where no "MAN" will go ,thing about girls, we cave in a lot.

Just stay on my good side and Enjoy the ride.<-----No pun's please....I can make better. LOL
