Running through some bugs in fallout 3?

sprint mods archived name is needed:

 

Ok, It looks like you reached the end of the leveling Cycle ,your at 30 and it's trying to level up ,but the settings are locked, you have no way to alter them presently, you have FOSE running, I don't, because I don't the software I am using is showing all of this.

The cap has been reached, there is no more room left under the cap to store any more game play.

 

This is part of any games structure..So

I'll see what mod can substitute this small issue so you can load the game and not crash so much, + ..

 

-RH ironsights (plus other 9 other RH iron sights plugins

That is not inside this saved game at all, there is zero traces of it.

Still looking for bugs...None so far found except what I just informed you of.

 

I am once again, not running Fose, and I know the data wanted it because I got spammed about it not being installed, Even though its' sitting in the directory.

I used Tannin42's software earlier version according to Mod dates Produced...staying fast.

Oh I think I gave you the one where I uninstalled the mod....Will be reloading the zip that has the mod later tommorow

Bugs that I am running into:

-Falling through the map after reloading fallout 3 save, this happens also with casm

-bullets not firing out of guns

-Bullets not registering through enemies

-Sometimes when reloading a save, when shooting, the bullets shoot as if I'm standing in one position and no matter where I move, the bullets act like I'm shooting it in a position that I was recently in

Mods:

-Casm

-RH ironsights (plus other 9 other RH iron sights plugins installed into the NMM)

-Devoured in darkness

-fo3 error fixes

  1. -Falling through the map after reloading fallout 3 save, this happens also with casm .....Where exactly?
  2. -bullets not firing out of guns--->>>> which Guns ?
  3. -Bullets not registering through enemies --> where and what types?
  4. -Sometimes when reloading a save, when shooting, the bullets shoot as if I'm standing in one position and no matter where I move, the bullets act like I'm shooting it in a position that I was recently in: ---> this is not possible to replicate.
  5. Note: I have full iron-sights working and I am not running Fose, The reason this is because the Fose code is trapped in your saved game, I did receive the FOSE spam complaint message so I know it's not there ,but i have RH working on the weapons...so now what?

1. happens in the pitt (common bug) and outside of the entrance of little lamplight, and also another thing that happens is that after I reloaded a save I randomly go through walls and out of the map...this so far has happened in megaton

2.all of them I believe or most

3. pretty much everywhere that I known and pretty much any enemy

4. Will try to update info on how to make it possible to replicate

5. So Fose could be the problem?

1. Happens in the pit (common bug?) and outside of the entrance of little lamplight, and also another thing that happens is that after reloading a save I randomly have the ability to go through any objects....This has happened in Megaton as far as my testing goes

Update: When I reload my game once or twice using the Casm quickload (f8 button usually), the bug happens again when I move out of my position that I was standing still in when I quicksaved with casm (f4)..when i move out of that position and try to fire the gun does not fire in the direction that I want it to...and bullets can be randomly seen coming out of the position that I was standing in when I pressed the casm quicksave (f4)..later the bullets stop and then my gun no longer fires out bullets but you can still hear the sound of the bullets firing....Take note that if I manually load the save state or game that the bug happened in..It does not do it all..Hopefully this is descriptive enough because I can't describe it any better than this and Fraps for god sakes doesn't work on fallout 3 goty

5.so could fose be the problem and also could mod load order be the problem?

 

Load order:

-Fallout 3

-Broken steel

-Anchorage

-Point lookout

-The pitt

-Zeta

-RH ironsights (Plus nine other plugins below that from RH ironsights)

-Devoured in darkness

-casm

-sprint mod

-fallout 3 error fixes

Correct load order:

 

Fallout 3

Anchorage

ThePitt

BrokenSteel

PointLookout

Zeta

 

Followed by your mod .esm files.

 

If the error fixes mod is an .esm, it should load after Zeta. If it is an .esp, it should be your first .esp to load.
