  1. and outside of the entrance of little lamplight: know bug ,caused by incorrect version controls way back when Error fixes was first introduced, a nav-mesh issue...but that was corrected in later editions and eventually became an int3rnal part of the mod called remastered. No longer here.

where and which version do you have? OF Error fixes? With these mods loaded up in correct or incorrect orders or Just the master files and that one mod / plugin...loaded up into the GECK / Garden of creation kit and go to little lamplight, inspect the door marker and trigger, you will find it inside the doors entrance ,way out of place. See in-that indicates a really bad installed game, and mods.

The fix was a reinstall of the Entire game and reset to load correctly, re-geckify the error-fix plugin and save ,then it worked right because the na-meshes were in the correct spot and the trigger boxes were now out side of the door.

Not just that mod, but any mod that touches the scripts or that world space will do this, also note: The zeta crashed ship area is also effected ,a freezing when activated or you get frozen when approaching it.

little weird things that kinda stick in the mind, long ago worked out bugs...not common , happens do to installs out of order or just plain bad installs.

  • reloading a save I randomly have the ability to go through any objects....

that's the sign, reinstall the games data.

quickload

  • That will always result in incomplete saved games...don't use it, a known problem with this game.

when I quicksaved with casm (f4)..when i move out of that position and try to fire the gun does not fire in the direction that I want it to...and bullets can be randomly seen coming out of the position that I was standing in when I pressed the casm quicksave (f4)..later the bullets stop and then my gun no longer fires out bullets but you can still hear the sound of the bullets firing....

That's all FOSE 's doings, a lag time is introduced in the data being processed because the FOSE program intercepts script instructions, and running FOSE on a game data base that has issues will set up late timings, lag with voices, bullets not doing thing right, AI going nuts, and even kinetic things, rubber-banding really bad will occur.

The real check is using the MRV thigh nukes, a lot of nukes over and over in quick actions...the game will freeze completely, the sound may even start to loop.

that load order is wrong...if it even matters any more, too many Ideas about how the game should or should not work, what's used and what's not used. Tools used and how.

install GOTY...copy the DLC packages out to a safe place. copy the basic fallout files to a separate folder, uninstall fallout completely, and just install the fallout3 basic game, zip up all the backed up DLC content and install that zip file with a mod manager of your choice ,Prior to doing this, get the Bethesda down load for the updating of the game.

if it's steam then it won't need updates.

I can probably list about a dozen or so different ways to control what goes where and when..but I think that 's just a waste of time.

The basic install is required to get the registry entries in the correct spots.

How ever, bottom line is the manager currently being used to install the mods is not sorting your data correctly. As long as the data is out of sync, so will game result be out.

So reinstall the game to fix this stuff correct?....Should I back up my save files too? Should I back up my data folder too? since that contains the mods

Correct ,also before re-installing it, clean your Operating system , remove all the irregular registry entries now sitting in it.

Should I back up my save files too?

Nope !, no good. and would be a waste of your time too.

you start over with fallout 3 only IF you own the GOTY edition, do as I said, make good preparations and Validate fallout 3 only, play it till you exit the vault 101 and then hard save. from that point on, you can do what ever you want....but establish first a clean game ok?

So IDK why I have to clean out my OS? I recently did it like four weeks ago and then imported my save files from the fallout 3 goty data that I got from other OS that I wiped out....And then imported my mods from the wiped out OS to my new OS.....Same thing with my fo3 data too....So I really don't think its an issue with my OS...but maybe the modding and fallout 3 itself...but again I'm not that smart when it comes to modding and computers or not yet at least

Also, what do you mean by irregular registry keys? from fallout 3 modding or fallout 3 itself?

Also the fact that my saves was imported from a different OS but however the data itself was from the same one, will that make a difference at all or could be the cause of all these bugs?

Take note that I backed up all my stuff on a external HDD

Oh yeah and If i take out the casm mod....The glitches seem to cease when it comes to quicksaving from casm...but I'm not sure if i told you that already

If need be, I can drag out all the notes: i have been given on a hard drive book, all the dev stuff is still listed there too, I have online old Drop box locations stored data set to Encrypted so not to be touched by any one else, I was given the Encryption keys to keep the data safe and secure + private. no one can download that data.

here, I have all the mods to current dates and times ,I have a massive catalog of spread sheet contains all the information for 4 years.

you think I keep all of this in my head? that's nut's LOL. no, Iuse the PC as a tool should be used, data entry is part of my job so it's second nature, I don't even think about it any more, I just do it out of habit now.

information though is how you interpret it? That, I have no control over.

What is this all about again?

that there are entries the systems uses for your gaming things...these are orphans but are still used by the OS.

that's what I mean about the OS cleaning.

So can I make a backup of a non-casm and non modded vanilla saves that I created? IDC about the mods anymore since I can reinstall those later....Also after exiting vault 101...Can i start modding again and put back my vanilla saves back in?

Also by OS cleaning, do I have to use ccleaner if I don't want to wipe out my HDD?
