The vanilla saves worked but however when it comes to casm after installing NMM...it still does the bug that causes nothing to shoot out of your gun after reloading the same save state with the casm quickload twice....The bug that I tried my best to describe in #4 in my very first post is also still happening...

that kind paints the picture...does it not?

Why are you installing nmm ?

Use Fomm instead or a better mod manager.. I mean come on...it works but then does not when you do that?

I know you running FOSE because it is directed to do so.....do as I tell you....uninstall all of NMM and any assets it installed, reboot windows, run windows up date to put back overwritten files it installed ,reboot, down load Fomm Eitherversion and use it to install your mods ,establish a well ORented game before Jumping into massive system wide edits...Because that is what Nmm does, it installs way too much stuff to do a simple thing.

your better choice here is to not use any manager and unzip the files and place them directly into the data folder and edit the plugin.txt file directly. OR use the games launcher to enable them.

I have a bad feeling about wht ever your using here is very corrupted.

Ok will do but....nothing in my system is corrupted *unless you are talking about NMM* but I think the issue lies with casm itself...Casm has stated that it should be activated by FMM nothing about NMM...So I think NMM is not compatible with casm....So far everything is working fine with fallout 3 except casm

Moving on, you want me to is uninstall NMM and restart..Then update windows? windows is already updated and now updates are coming well at least not yet...Then you want me to download FMM? (available at this website correct?)....Then when you talk about an oriented game...You want me to uninstall fallout 3 goty again and play through vault 101 and when I exit out of the vault and then start modding stuff and putting the vanilla saves back in correct?

I see what you mean about not using a manager and using the game launcher to enable those files but......I can't use fose in the fallout 3 vanilla launcher however other mods do work and casm will work but with very limited functions

( I ) do not use nor ever will use NMM to control any data on any system I own.

There fore I will not "Experience nay issues you may have with your saved games here" due to this fact.

I use default code from a retail disc installed to an estalished up dated OS of any version of your choice.

I use default methods at the time of the Games Published date.

I use tools at that time that was available to sort the mods...2009 era to be absolotly sure the mods in question are at fault or not.

I keep things in order and firm.

I create for each person / as if a student a clean set up to test that persons bugs....as I have said, I am not finding these bugs or examples from the two saved games you have provided me with and I have downloaded every mod except the sprint mod for vberifications.

there is no bug here as you describe...but I don't run software not meant for this system....

4.5.2 Google that ( .net 4.5.2 ) and read hun....your going to come accross some really interesting things about that version in Particular.

No. not going to install it here ever. sorry not happening.

I just now Verified my results and they are congruent to my resolve, FOSE is the culprit here when using Casm....IT / "FOSE" disables hard game saves, it locks up the game too.

ran it thu Fomm (0.4.11.9) with FOSE button, results, transitions to the pitt froze up, game kaput.

kitty get's curious , kitty check's file C:\Users\Purr4me\AppData\Local\Fallout3\plugins.txt and finds to no woder...the data is all screwed up and not correct.

kitty tthen open up fomm ,right clicks menu and selects disable all,

kitty then verifies the "plugin.txt file is now Void of any plugin data as it should be. saves file blank.

kitty now runs Fomms auto sort / "BOSS" functions to sort said data, it sorts.

that was the incorrect data seen. all screwed up.

then I closed it all down, opened up launcher and selected all and run it, ,,,,,games launcher does not allow Fose to run.

kitty gets spammed /comp[laint Fose is not running ,ok cool, I now know fose is killed off, so I openm casm and I see one of the mesage items missing but I open the time interval and set it only to one minute. save it and then click on the cart to go to the pitt.

it works, ok...cool, Atl +f4 out.

checks that plugin.txt file and see's it's still messed up...

ok kitty goe's hmmmm, what's up ..ok opens up fomm, drops down the saved game manager and opens it...I see the last saved casm game sitting there big as you please, I click the extract button to extract the last current load order it has in it,

here it is that list.

now casm works, no funny business with it....fose is what's screwing it up because fose was updated and is not longer the version casm was made to work with....but it does in fact work...you get only a single spam about it not being installed and it for ever lays to rest.

that's as fast as I can work with the selected mods and this issue...Fose is the problem, rather the version is .not the mod.

phew.

if there were no tools available? what would you do?

what would any one do with mods with out these tools?

just game and mods alone...there the scenario to go by and stick too.

Do as if there are not any managers or tools when testing mods....when a glitch shows up, you never test any thing with tweaks involved.....mods, always mod's are getting blamed for the tools misgivings.

mod authors ears get hammered for no reason other than that.

yes, some mods require attention to details and specific instructions are usually there for you to follow, but each to it's own and not always compatible.

Compatibility is President here. The funcyness is due to incorrect programing...fallout 3 works as intended if done as intended.

change the game too much or in the wrong way? well. we have this thread here as an example....trouble in paradise.
