DA:O Shale Appearance Bug In Epilogue

I'm just wondering if anybody has come across this particular bug: Shale's altered appearance into a Runic Golem (and a not very well constructed one at that) during the Epilogue in Dragon Age: Origins?

The only instance that Shale's appearance is affected like this is during this final scene (all other saves seem to display her as her normal, rocky, self). Now, I know this obviously has something to do with one of the mods that I recently downloaded but I was hoping that if somebody had run across this before they could tell me which one was responsible (I'm assuming it's one that only effects this section of the game but for the life of me, I can't determine which one.)

A list of the items that I've downloaded include:

  •
  • Awakening Silverite Mines Bugfix
  • Dark Ritual Deleted Scene
  • Dialogue Tweaks
  • DLC in Awakening and Awakening Fixes
  • DLC Transfer To Awakening Patch
  • Extra Dog Slot
  • Gatekisses
  • Leliana FACE for LELIANA SONG
  • Morrigan Restoration Patch Dialog Fixpack

Now some of these items were manually implemented and so I'm not sure how much of a hassle it would be to remove them -- or, indeed, if I need to reinstall. But, looking at the list, I can't see anything that would seemingly just affect Shale the way it did during that final scene and so I appeal here for help to see if anybody has ever encountered this and if a quick fix is possible.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It's happened to me, too, complete with electrical discharges because I had those particular crystals on her--I thought, What the Heck?!!" It could just be a glitch in the actual DLC, I don't know. You're expected to go straight out the door, not turn around and back track, and that was when I noticed it.

I have some of the mods you do, but I actually installed them after the glitch happened except for the actual DLC and Awakenings (patch and all). I just ignore it myself because in my game it isn't causing any other harm other than aesthetics, although I am curious as to what's causing it. Hopefully, someone who has more know how than us has an answer.
