  1. Since January 20th, none of the mods I've downloaded are showing either as downloaded on the mod page (so I can't endorse them) nor are they showing up under my "downloaded mods" page. Searched around for a specific place to report site issues (there was a GitHub page at one point where I could) and now I'm not sure where. Here? Somewhere else? Any info would be appreciated. Edit: I just checked and two mods I downloaded this morning (because when I downloaded them prior to today weren't showing I had) are now showing downloaded as of today on my downloaded mods but not on the mod itself. And the question about site issue reporting still stands.
  2. I have the Steam version and the work around from Lampen worked for me. After launching the game from the RDR2.exe in the game folder, I did get an error message from Rockstar about the Social Club and wrong account, but I hit okay and then "play on Steam" and the game and the mods are working perfectly. Thanks so much for this!
  3. Okay, solved the problem. Not sure this will work with everyone, but I disabled every mod I was using (not many) via DAI Mod Manager, merged what was left and it worked. I'm still curious if anyone using the Steam version is experiencing this.
  4. Not to resurrect a very old thread capriciously, but it's now October, 2020, and it's happening to me. Has anyone found a fix for this yet? Does anyone know if the Steam version of DAI has fixed it? Tried a mod to skip the whole routine, but unfortunately it didn't work for me.
  5. I guess I better update this since the last one was almost two years ago. XD Nothing interesting to report. :D
  6. In response to post #75815913. #75817563 is also a reply to the same post. I'm not sure what notification you are talking about. If it's this one here , there's not one word about a security breach in it. Do you have something different?
  7. In response to post #73625933. #73626013 is also a reply to the same post. Lovely. Searching by author was something I used fairly frequently.
  8. Sorry to all my buds here--had surgery again on Thursday. I'm guessing this broken paw issue will get resolved sooner or later.

P.S. I'm hoping to catch up on all my endorsements soon . . . :(
  9. I'm trying to set up the file paths for the mod manager, but when I navigate it to the DAI folder, it doesn't "see" the .exe file, just the sub folders for data, etc. Any advice would be appreciated.
  10. A pic would help, but it sounds like you may have hit what is referred to as the "Magic Threshold." It could be something else, but without a visual reference, I'm taking a guess here. Try inactivating three or four mods you can live without and see if that corrects the situation.
  11. Okay, my tracking feature has stopped working, so if I miss anyone's images, let me know . . .
  12. Excellent, Dark One, you put it clearly and succinctly and accurately.
  13. Well, I'm having issues--with rendering of all things and mods not working. I think I'll put my old saved main game files back in and play offline until things get sorted out.
  14. Is there somewhere available where we can get an earlier version of NMM? For some reason, and totally unlike myself, I didn't save the earlier download someplace safe. I don't use NMM for any of the Fallout games or Dragon Age, but I did for Skyrim. As this new version was reinstalling my 96 Skyrim mods, it closed due to an error with something to do with Dark Souls at about mod # 42. I don't even have Dark Souls. And right now I don't have the time to be patient enough to try to troubleshoot this issue. So the upshot of it is, I completely uninstalled this new version and won't use it. However, such extreme and illogical behavior of death threats and hate mail is pretty reprehensible and immature--and you're right, stupid. *edit* Found a previous version and installed it, so I'm a happy camper again. :D *second edit* Wasn't quite so happy when I discovered I had to completely uninstall and reinstall Skyrim though. However, it's done now, after 3 hours. Phew.
  15. Okay, figured out who my inadvertant victim of phone texting was and am now making amends. XD
  16. Okay, this idiot cat was using her phone today to try and send a message and because she couldn't really see the print, accidently deleted one of her friends. AND she can't figure out who it was, though she's trying madly to. So if it was you, please let me know because I am really embarrassed, I didn't mean to.
  17. So I did some running around last night and visited both Folgunthur and Lost Prospect Mine, and indeed, they have the "green outs" in them, although, oddly Folgunthar wasn't nearly as bad as Lost Prospect Mine and Angarvunde where the green was blindingly bright. I'm thinking about uninstalling every mod I have, starting a new game and seeing what they look like. Maybe that will help pinpoint the culprit that's causing this. However, I'm not sure it bothers me enough at this point to do that, everything else looks fantastic and that's a lot of uninstalling and reinstalling going on. ;D
  18. Oh, you are awesome, KOOL! I think what I'm going to do is tmm 1 and fast travel to the places you listed and see if the same effect happens in them, too. I imagine it will. I'm wondering what caused these lights to go bonkers in this reinstall of my game, when it never happened before, because I'm essentially running the same mods I was before (of course, a lot of them have been updated). Time for more investigating. Thanks for all the help! I'll report back on what I discover.
  19. This particular dungeon in the pics is Angarvunde, but I was galloping around so much this weekend, I can't recall the other. When I get home from work tonight, I'll console tmm 1 and fast travel to some of the other sites and see if I can find the other(s). And I haven't touched the .ini settings yet, other than to change the grass textures for Skyrim Flora Overhaul. That may be next. Again, thanks for the help!
  20. And last but not least, this also shows the green-colored, then normal-colored, then green-colored-again dungeon. What BFW noticed almost immediately is that everything (including, for instance, the tree roots) have also turned green. Weird, weird, weird.
  21. And there's this one. I had to downsize it drastically to post it, but on the full size pic, it looks like there's "splashes" of this green going down the steps.
  22. Hi, KOOL, how are you? Thanks for your help and for trying to investigate this! I'm really at a loss as to what could be causing this--I'm completely kerflummuxed at this point. Yes, so far I've run into this in two dungeons, but the really weird thing is it doesn't show up in every dungeon. And it's in patches throughout the dungeons where I have found this effect. BFW and I thought it had something to do with the lighting, so I removed all (and I mean all) mods, textures and meshes that affected lighting, candles, sconces, etc., etc., that I could determine might cause this (excluding BSA's and esp's of course of mods that have nothing to do with the above mentioned items) and it still didn't affect it or make it better. :wallbash: And you can actually see the delineation between the normal looking dungeon and the greened-out part of the dungeon. (P.S. the next two posts are mine of pics showing this due to size limitations.)
  23. Bad, BFW, really bad . . . ;D But you are the friend that helped me to the point where we could identify it as a texture issue, so you're forgiven. Too bad we haven't been able to pinpoint the exact cause, though. I'm still thinking it just may be Bethesda's HD pack. Wondering if anyone else in the entire world has had this happen to them, or if I'm just unique?
