bben46
Nope, that is not how modding works - if everyone wanted the same things we would have only one mod of each kind. Then you might be able to get away with that. But if there is just one mod in your huge compilation that doesn't work - the entire thing is borked. If there is just one mod they left out, and it conflicts with just one in your compilation - sorry you can't have it. If there is just one that you can't stand - sorry, you are stuck with it. If one gets updated - sorry, you can't have that update. Then the size - beyond huge. Then if Beth releases a new DLC, and it doesn't work with just one mod in your compilation - you will be up all night reinstalling the game, removing mods and banging your head on the keyboard - then we run into what if a mod author doesn't want their mod included in that compilation? putting it in would be a violation and the entire thing would be banned. How about doing what millions of other people do and learn to work with mods.

DirtyWeaselMedia
If you are looking for a guide and are willing to use Mod Organizer, Kelmych over at STEP has an excellent one for FO3: http://wiki.step-project.com/User:Kelmych/Fallout3It covers most of the popular mods for FO3, with detailed instructions on how to install them. But, bben46 is right, just having one huge package of mods is a bad idea. Modding takes time to learn, tons of research, and lots of trial and error to get everything to play well together.
