Ritly
Is it possible? I really don't like the idea of elves being a head smaller than the humans and DA2 makes them the same size as humans too. I would think it is, if you use a scale calculation.
Kaldelar
It is possible, but it'd be such a huge undertaking: all armour models (helmet, gloves, boots, breastplate and leggings), clothing, NPCs, enemies, the body and all that, would have to be rescaled. Sounds easy at first, right? "Oh, just fire up Blender, N key and get the dimensions to 0.930, 0.306 and 1.151 and we're good to go!" M'kay, until you notice that there are so frikkin many models... and you'd have to, I think, not sure, reroute the mmh to specify the texture files of humans or rescale the elven textures (not sure about this part). And we can't just slap an elven head on a human body either:/ The head'd be stuck between his lungs, heart and spine. And the neckline (part that seperates the body from the head with a necklace) is of different shape on humans and elves too :( So, you'd really just need a very bored but skilled modder - of which I am neither.
