Coming soon to a PC near you!

The NVInteriors Project

Have you ever wandered the Mojave waste thinking to yourself, why haven't the Dev's opened up more buildings to explore? If so, then this mod is for you! (Or it will be, upon release) As a continuation of my "DCInteriors Project", once again I'm endeavoring to expand the explorable interiors of yet another fallout game. I'll be adding lore friendly, unique interiors to as many buildings as I can get my grubby little hands on! Adding all of the items and collectables, that you have come to know and love from DCInteriors, with many new unique additions. This mod is a "Work in Progress", growing and evolving just as "DCInteriors" did.

This mod is a labor of love for me, you can expect the same attention to detail and, continuous updates to improve it. Everything from simple stability patches to new content, on a regular basis.

Things you'll find in the first installment of the NVInteriors_Wastelandedition

Boulder City:

A Cuppa Joe,

Boulder City, NCR, HQ,

Cornucopia's Fresh Grocer,

One Unfinished shop, (will be finished before release.)

A more civilized Boulder City, with NCR patrols, guards and, civilians.

Cottonwood Cove:

Bing's Bait and, Boat shop,

Sammy's, Shore Side Saloon,

One Unfinished shop, (will be finished before release.)

Nipton Rest stop:

Gomar's Gas and Go,

Novac:

Starvin Marvin's,

One Unfinished House, (will be finished before release.)

Wasteland:

Emergency Rail Station,

I have to admit, I decided to add several new cells only today. Sorry if that delays my release once again but, I figured users would want more content and, I had an itch that needed to be scratched.

I'm also proud to announce my collaboration with "Bigcrazywolf", who is working on an independent add-on "The NVInteriors_Urbanedition ". I'll let him announce his efforts publicly himself before, adding them to the header post. Expect from him the same quality of work, the same attention to detail, which you have come to expect from me. I'm quite glad to be working alongside someone of his caliber! Between the two of us we should be able to keep you all satisfied with new content for some time to come.

Thanks again for all of your support,

chuck

Sorry, I posted this pole because I really want to use the "Dead money" Assets in my upcoming mod but, don't want to exclude potential users. I'm wondering how many of you have Dead Money and, would or would not mind "NVInteriors being reliant on the new DLC.

Majority rules, please let me know what you think, I need some opinions from the community.

thanks,

chuck

Go on and include it, since it will make your mod have better content.

Most of the people who download your mod at first will probably be people who used your DCInteriors anyways, and they likely already or soon will have Dead Money, so true you will temporarily have fewer users, but not for long.

Also, try and keep a door closed in Boulder City please if possible, I eventually want to put a new "Cafe Of Broken Dreams" there, and inside include recognizable NPCs from the Fallout series (like Braugn from TL, Dad from Fo3, Fawkes, Cassidy (Cass' Father From Fo2), etc.

Again just a dream.

Loved your work in D.C, it was fantastic!

I'll post here again (I'm a bit busy at the moment) with some good modders resources and things that may help make your future release even more awesome.

I voted No

The reason why I voted that way is because if your planing on making interiors for DeadMoney they should be done as an add-on plug-in that way you will allow people with out the DLC to use NVinteriors and those who have the DLC can download the add-on for the DeadMoney Interiors.

This will also allow the use of NVinteriors with other DeadMoney mods that may cause conflicts with buildings that are being used/scripts that have been changes etc.

I my self use a mod that allows me to travel to and from the Sierra Madre and there are other mods that populate the villa/casino that could cause conflicts so doing them as separate plug-in's would allow user's to pick between using both or not.

Awaiting this, are you going to be generating LOD again?

Pretty sure he's just going to use Dead Money's resources add more variety to the interiors. Either way, you voted in favor of it.

So yeah, please don't vote yes unless you enjoy ruining things for others.

I'm not trying to ruin anything for others, Actually I'm quite concerned about that! I just have a big "Chubby" when it comes to the Art Deco assets in "Dead Money" I want to use them and wish that they were included in the vanilla game! This would be a nonissue if they were!

Who said anything about ruining peoples fun?, i was under the impression that chuck was planing on combining NVInteriors with DeadMoney and creating a combined NV + DM Interior project hence my no vote, now its been cleared up for me i would say go for it. As i agree the Art Deco assets used in Dead Money are great there some of the best in game shame there is such a short selection.

He wont merge the NV interiors with Deadmoney.

That would be stupid, seeing as half of us dont even have plans to use Dead money for a while.

Instead, and I presume, the dead money content will be kept as a seperate download.

I dont see why you guys are complaining.

Its his mod.

I was not complaining was only providing an opinion like I was asked to do. if you read the 2nd post by chuck he mentioned on adding in assets from Deadmoney into his mod which would create a dependency on the Deadmoney.esm

to go though all his work and create 1 with out the Deadmoney assets and 1 with the assets is going to be a lot of extra work and a *censored* to keep a track of 2 large scale mods.

Yes he would not reach a larger audience with a dependency on the Deadmoney.esm but the choice to enhance the mod with some new artwork is a trade off. Considering the price of dead money and the fact it is a great addition to Fallout:NV sooner our later any serious fan of the franchise is going to have the DLC if they do not have it all ready.

Again this is my opinion (And Opinion's generally mean squat on the internet), I am not complaining or trying to *censored* and moan
