Quetzlsacatanango
Morroblivion didn't include any Morrowind resources. Long story short, is it was banned to make nice with Bethesda. If they asked NV mods that somehow use or reference FO3-exclusive assets to be banned, they probably would be, although it would be a more futile effort as there is no utility required to convert assets between the 2 games. Vartoz
In my opinion, if you OWN both fallout 3 and New Veagas, you should be able to do whatever you want. Now, i understand that if someone who doesn`t have FO3 but has FNV and soddenly founds he can include things like creatures or perks or whatever he would be having acces to something he didn`t pay for. But let`s face it, it`s not like the mods are giving away the hole game for free. I even added the AntAgonizer`s suit for NV and was going to release it as a mod but i had to desist for this very reason. However, even if i found it unfair, if Bethesda says we can`t, we can`t. enlo
Actually, as far as I know, at least under EU and US law you can do whatever you want with your games, but you may not share it with others. And provided that you do not hack/circumvent any countermeasures in the process. So no intermixing on Nexus.
