Lisnpuppy
No they are not, most likely anyway. However, the first file is for automatic variants mod which you must have installed and run first for it to work (And you MUST read and follow specific directions.) This mod will allow Graces' to work and any other made for it. What it does is randomly assign any texture pack made for it to the creatures the packs are for. So you have maybe 5 different dog texture mods (made for the AV mod) and it will randomly assign these different textures to all the dogs in the game. So you will get variety. Typically all the dogs in the game point to the one, lone dog texture. Sometimes you can put a mod lower in the load order list so it would overwrite the other. However as I don't know how auto variant actually works I can not say for sure. Example is you have a mod that changes all dogs to zebra print. Then later you get a mod that changes Meeko to blue. If you load the blue mod after then they would likely both work together as one specifically addresses the Meeko dog only (and will have an esp and not be only a texture) and is the last thing the game reads. If you loaded them in the opposite order then all the dogs will be brown. I hope I have not confused you even further. I realize a yes/no answer may be what you wanted and it sometimes is not that simple. If they were just two texture replacers only (no esp or AV mod) then it would be a no. With the mod you listed it became a bit more complex. If I have confused you please let me know.
