Oblivion XP and Elys Uncapper problems

Hi.

 

I'm currently having the following two problems and hope that someone has even heard of that happening before.

 

1)

I'm using Oblivion XP 4.1.9 OMOD and every time I try to increase Athletics by more than one point per level, Oblivion crashes, right when I click the arrow to increase it, before clicking "done".

 

2)

Elys Uncapper (v0.96) isn't working at all. Since Oblivion XP requires an OBSE plugin and is working, I'm positive I put Elys dll file in the right place. I also have the latest OBSE version.

 

One additional note, I'm using the Steam version but everywhere I look, everyone says it shouldn't matter.

EDIT: Uncapper actually does something after all: Without it, I do 22 damage with my Daedric Shortsword, with it, I do 29. However, I can't raise skills or attributes above 100.

EDIT 2: Actually, with 102 Strength, 106 Blade and 100 weapon health, shouldn't I be doing a bit more than 22 damage using a weapon that has 21 damage, even without Uncapper?

EDIT 3: Okay, something's totally wrong. My encumbrance has decreased and is an unusual number. Also, the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal bug that gives you an ungodly amount of XP when you unequip it still hasn't been fixed even though it says so in the changelog.

That all sounds like a conflict between Oblivion XP and Uncapper. I don't see the point in using both; kind of defeats the point.
